I’ve seen those times, I’ve been there, they are not new to me nor wondrous and magical lands on which stories are told. Stories that I very well know the truth of, in some instances I am the truth of them: fairy tales with witches and monster, heroes that save those in distress. I am old in time, but young still, and I walk among you now as I did then, only smarter to the ways of the human and their cruelty, but also their compassion and desire to help others. Thunderheads turned the usually brilliant yellow-orange hues of morning into gloomy grey overcast. Lightning flashed beyond the horizon, illuminating what the dark morning kept hidden.
